1. Stress Relief Essential Oil Diffuser Blend
Ingredients:
- 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 3 drops of Clary Sage Essential Oil
- 2 drops of Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

Instructions:
1. Mix together the essential oils in a small glass or ceramic container.
2. Pour the mixture into your diffuser, following the manufacturer's guidelines for your specific model.
3. Turn on your diffuser and enjoy the stress-relieving aroma.


2. Stress Relief Essential Oil Roller Blend
Ingredients:
- 10 ml roller bottle
- 10 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
- Fractionated coconut oil

Instructions:
1. Add the Bergamot and Frankincense essential oils into the roller bottle.
2. Fill the rest of the bottle with fractionated coconut oil.
3. Attach the roller top and shake well to mix.
4. Apply to your wrists, temples or behind the ears whenever you're feeling stressed.


3. Stress Relief Essential Oil Bath Salts
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Epsom salts
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 10 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

Instructions:
1. Pour the Epsom salt into a glass jar.
2. Add the baking soda.
3. Drop in the essential oils and mix well.
4. Use a few tablespoons in your bath water to help melt away stress.
