Recipe 1 – Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oil Insomnia Blend

Ingredients:
- 10 drops of lavender essential oil
- 10 drops of Roman chamomile essential oil
- A carrier oil (like jojoba oil or sweet almond oil)
- A small glass bottle

Instructions:
1. Pour the lavender and chamomile essential oils into the glass bottle.
2. Fill the rest of the bottle with your choice of carrier oil.
3. Close the bottle and shake gently to mix the oils.
4. Apply a few drops to the soles of your feet, your temples, and/or your wrists before bed.


Recipe 2 – Sleepy Time Essential Oil Roller Blend

Ingredients:
- 10 drops of cedarwood essential oil
- 5 drops of lavender essential oil
- 5 drops of bergamot essential oil
- A carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil)
- A 10 ml roller bottle

Instructions:
1. Add the cedarwood, lavender, and bergamot essential oils to the roller bottle.
2. Fill the rest of the bottle with the carrier oil.
3. Fix the roller ball onto the bottle and shake well to blend.
4. Roll the blend on your wrists, behind your ears, and/or on other pulse points before sleep.


Recipe 3 – Sweet Dreams Diffuser Blend

Ingredients:
- 3 drops of lavender essential oil
- 3 drops of frankincense essential oil
- 2 drops of vetiver essential oil
- An essential oil diffuser

Instructions:
1. Fill the diffuser with water up to the fill line.
2. Add the lavender, frankincense, and vetiver essential oils.
3. Turn on the diffuser and let it run for about an hour before you go to bed to fill the room with a soothing scent.
