Motion Sickness

 

Recipe 1: Peppermint & Ginger Motion Sickness Inhaler
Ingredients:
- Empty inhaler
- 5 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 5 Drops of Ginger Essential Oil
Instructions:
1. Start by adding the essential oils to a small bowl.
2. Insert a cotton wick into the bowl to soak up the essential
oils.
3. Once the wick is saturated, use tweezers to insert it into
the inhaler tube.
4. Whenever you're feeling nauseous or motion sick, simply uncap the inhaler and take a few deep breaths in each nostril.

Recipe 2: Lavender, Chamomile & Ginger Motion Sickness Roller Blend
Ingredients:
- 10ml Roller Bottle
- 5 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 5 Drops of Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
- 5 Drops of Ginger Essential Oil
- Carrier Oil (such as Fractionated Coconut Oil)
Instructions:
1. Add the essential oils to the roller bottle.
2. Fill the remainder of the bottle with a carrier oil.
3. Secure the roller top and shake well to combine.
4. Roll the blend over your wrists, behind the ears, and on the stomach whenever you start to feel motion sick.

Recipe 3: Motion Sickness Diffuser Blend
Ingredients:
- Essential oil diffuser
- 6 Drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 3 Drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 3 Drops of Ginger Essential Oil
Instructions:
1. Add water to your diffuser up to the fill line.
2. Add all the essential oils.
3. Turn on the diffuser and breathe deeply.
4. Use this aromatic blend before and during travel to help calm the stomach and prevent motion sickness.
