Neck Pain

 

Recipe 1: Peppermint Oil & Eucalyptus Oil Blend

Ingredients:
- 8 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 8 drops of Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 30ml of Coconut Oil (Carrier Oil)

Instructions:
1. Start by mixing the peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils in a small bowl.
2. Gradually add the coconut oil while continuously stirring the mixture.
3. Once completely blended, store in a non-plastic and cool, dark place.
4. Whenever you feel neck pain, gently rub a few drops of the mixture onto the affected area for quick relief.

Recipe 2: Lavender Oil and Clary Sage Oil Massage Blend

Ingredients:
- 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Clary Sage Essential Oil
- 30ml Jojoba Oil (Carrier Oil)

Instructions:
1. Mix lavender and clary sage essential oils in a glass bottle.
2. Add the jojoba oil to the essential oils.
3. Shake the bottle well until all the oils are combined.
4. Apply this blend to your neck and gently massage it in circular motions for a few minutes.

Recipe 3: Chamomile, Bergamot & Frankincense Relaxing Blend

Ingredients:
- 6 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil
- 6 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil
- 4 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
- 30ml of Almond Oil (Carrier Oil)

Instructions:
1. Start by pouring the carrier oil into a glass container.
2. Add the essential oils drop by drop and stir gently until all the oils are well combined.
3. Store the mixture in a cool and dark place.
4. Whenever you experience neck pain, massage a small amount of the oil blend into the area, using gentle circular movements, for about 5 minutes.
5. Allow the blend to fully absorb into the skin, do not wash off immediately. Always do a patch test first to ensure no allergies.
